Council sets pay, timeline for administrator

MONROE - A new city administrator could be in place by about Nov. 15.The Common Council voted 9-1 Tuesday to adopt a hiring timeline offered by William D. Frueh, a partner in the administrator search firm Public Administration Associates, LLC, which was chosen earlier this month to assist the city in the process.
