MONROE — On Oct. 18:
● No injuries were reported from a single-vehicle rollover crash at 5:56 a.m. in the N6700 block of County D, Town of Mt. Pleasant. Zachary A. Hackman, 39, Albany, was northbound and negotiating a left curve, entered the east shoulder and overcorrected. His vehicle exited the roadway, hit a culvert and overturned landing on its side. The vehicle sustained disabling damage. It was towed. He was cited for inattentive driving and failure to maintain control of vehicle. Monticello Fire Department assisted.
● Linda E. Derrickson, 74, Monticello, was transported by New Glarus EMS to Monroe Clinic in New Glarus and then by UW Med Flight for injuries sustained from a one-vehicle crash at 11:59 a.m. in the W5200 block of Exeter Crossing Road, Town of New Glarus. She was westbound when she swerved to avoid hitting a squirrel, left the roadway and hit a tree. She had to be extricated. Her vehicle sustained disabling damage with airbag deployment. New Glarus Police Department, New Glarus Fire Department and Monticello Fire Department assisted.
● No injuries were reported from a vehicle vs. tractor crash at 6:58 p.m. in the N4200 block of Wis. 69, Town of Monroe. Daniel R. Rieder, 57, Monroe, was northbound operating a tractor and attempting to turn west onto Benkert Road when a northbound vehicle, operated by John M. Miller, 47, Monticello, attempted to pass on the left and collided with the driver’s side front tractor tire. The vehicle sustained disabling damage. It was towed. The tractor sustained functional damage. It was determined the trailer being pulled by the tractor had signals not functioning properly.
● No injuries were reported from a single-vehicle crash at 10:48 a.m. Oct. 19 in the N3500 block of Race Road, Town of Decatur. Brian R. Vaade, 37, Brodhead, was southbound when he lost control of his vehicle due to pea gravel. He exited the roadway and hit a tree. His vehicle sustained disabling damage. It was towed. He was arrested on first-offense charge of operating under the influence and operating with prohibited alcohol concentration. He was also cited for driving without a valid license, his second within three years. He was released to a responsible party.

DARLINGTON — On Oct. 14:
● Francie M. Reichling, 33, Darlington, reported hitting a deer at 7:51 a.m. Oct. 15 on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington. The 2018 GMC sustained minor damage.
On Oct. 17:
● Devyune L. Sofran, 22, Argyle, was transported by EMS for minor injuries sustained from a one-vehicle rollover at 6:44 a.m. on Trotter Road, Town of Argyle. He lost control of his vehicle causing it to exit the roadway and roll several times. It sustained severe damage. It was towed. Woodford First Response, Woodford Fire and Argyle EMS assisted.
● No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident at 11:28 a.m. on Mount Pleasant Road, Town of Willow Springs. Allen J. Coulthard, 25, Darlington, lost control of his vehicle causing it to exit the roadway and hit a fence. His vehicle sustained minor damage. He was cited for failure to maintain control.
● Jenny E. McLinn, 33, Darlington, reported hitting a deer at 11:02 p.m. on County U, Town of Darlington. Her 2014 Ford sustained moderate damage. It was towed.
On Oct. 18:
● No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle accident at 8:59 A.M. Oct. 18 on County XX, Town of Belmont. Jessica L. Sue, 21, Belmont, was eastbound when she attempted to pass an Amish buggy operated by Amos G. Stoltzfus, 25, Platteville, and hit it. Sue’s vehicle sustained minor damage. The buggy sustained moderate damage. It was removed. Sue was cited for failure to maintain control.
On Oct. 19:
● Tracy L. Williams, 47, Warren, Illinois, reported hitting a deer at 4:23 a.m. Oct. 19 on Wis. 78, Town of Gratiot. The 2030 Jeep sustained moderate damage.
On Oct. 20:
● Stephanie A. Erickson, 48, Blanchardville, reported hitting a deer at 7:53 a.m. on County N, Town of Blanchardville. Her 2017 Ford sustained moderate damage.
● Alan F. Lange, 62, Darlington, reported hitting a deer at 7:32 p.m. on County F, Town of Darlington. His 2000 Jeep sustained minor damage.
On Oct. 22:
● Gracie N. Cooper, 16, Argyle, reported hitting a deer at 7:45 a.m. on Berry Road, Town of Darlington. Her 2011 Chevrolet sustained moderate damage.
● Minor injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident at 12:32 p.m. on County O, Town of Seymour. Dana S. Kraus, 41, Darlington, was northbound when she applied her brakes, lost control and hit a bridge. Her vehicle sustained severe damage. It was towed. Shullsburg Fire and EMS assisted.
● Grant P. Rupp, 16, Cuba City, reported hitting a deer at 8:11 p.m. on Twin Bridge Road, Town of Benton. His 2008 Jeep sustained severe damage. It was towed.
