MONROE — No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle crash at 6:49 a.m. May 5 on 13th Street and 22nd Avenue. Lorie A. Walters, 57, Monticello, was southbound on 22nd Ave., entered the intersection at 13th St. and collided with an eastbound vehicle operated by a 38-year-old Monroe man. Both vehicles sustained severe damage. They were towed. Walters was cited for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign.

MONROE — No injuries were reported from a single-vehicle crash at 5:09 p.m. April 29 in the W6500 block of Wis. 39, Town of New Glarus. Mary H. Campbell, 66, Avoca, was eastbound when she swerved to avoid a deer, entered the north ditch and hit a post. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage. It was towed.
