MONROE — No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle accident at 3:49 p.m. Dec. 1 in the 700 block of 16th Street. Charlotte B. Briggs, 80, Albany, was exiting a business when she hit a westbound vehicle. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage. One was towed. Briggs was cited for failing to yield the right-of-way from a driveway.
● A hit-and-run crash was reported at 7:59 a.m. Dec. 6 in the 700 block of 10th Avenue Court. Keith A. Jackson, 52, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while under the influence of intoxicants or drugs after he collided with a building, causing minor damage to both the building and his vehicle. He was also cited for hit-and-run to property adjacent to a roadway. He was transported by Green County EMS to Monroe Clinic, then released to a responsible party.

MONROE — On Dec. 3:
● Karli D. Montgomery, 18, Monroe, was transported by Green County EMS for evaluation of injuries sustained in a one-vehicle crash at 1:41 a.m. in the W4600 block of Wis. 11, Town of Jefferson. She was westbound when she lost control, entered the north ditch and hit a tree. Her vehicle sustained severe damage. It was towed. Juda First Response assisted.
● No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle rollover at 8:45 p.m. in the W2300 block of County EE, Town of Albany. Ayden J. Vest, 16, Evansville, was eastbound when he lost control while negotiating curves. He entered the south ditch, traveled down an embankment and overturned. His vehicle sustained severe damage. It was towed. Albany EMS and Albany First Response assisted.
● A hit-and-run was reported at 5:17 p.m. in the W2600 block of Wis. 11, Town of Jefferson. The offending vehicle hit another vehicle and fled the scene. It remained under investigation.
● A hit-and-run was reported at 6 p.m. in the N500 block of County M, Town of Cadiz. The offending vehicle crashed and then fled the scene. It remained under investigation.
On Dec. 5:
● No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle crash at 10:20 a.m. at Wis. 92 and Rutland Avenue in Brooklyn. Caryl S. Larson, 76, Brooklyn, entered the intersection southbound from North Rutland Avenue and hit an eastbound vehicle driven by James N. Gordon, 26, Brooklyn. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage.
