MONROE — On Tuesday, July 30:

●  Robert A. Friedrich, 36, Beloit, reported injuries from a one-vehicle crash at 12:41 a.m. in the Town of Jefferson. He was eastbound on County KS when he failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection with County S. His vehicle crossed County S, went off the road and hit an embankment. The vehicle had severe overall damage and airbag deployment. It was towed. Friedrich was arrested on a third-offense, alcohol- and drug-related charge of operating while intoxicated, as well as charges of possessing THC and drug paraphernalia. He was also cited for driving with a revoked license and without vehicle insurance, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to maintain control and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. He was jailed pending bond or court. Green County EMS and Juda First Response assisted deputies on scene.
