Winifred R. Schutt, age 94, of Monroe, passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at Aster Retirement Home in Monroe. She was born on July 2, 1921 in Lafayette, County, the daughter of James and Olga (Hanson) Field.
Winifred married Paul Ritter in October of 1945; she later married Robert Schutt on June 8, 1957.
She was a member of Monroe United Methodist Church.
Winifred enjoyed occasional trips to the Casino, playing bingo, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her son, Dennis (Jesslyn) Ritter of Tomahawk, daughter, Cheryl (Michael) Schoeny of Tomah; grandchildren: Robert (Sarah) Ritter of Beloit, Denise (Jeff) Garland of Beloit, Steven (Jessie) Schoeny of Sparta, Scott Schoeny of Warrens; great-grandchildren: Ashley, Christopher and Megan Ritter, Jessie and Jeffrey Garland; sisters, Ruby Meyer of Rockford, IL, and Sharon Knouse of Monroe.
She is predeceased by her Parents; Husbands; son, David Ritter; and brothers, William and Maynard Field.
Funeral services will be Saturday, November 14, 2105 at 12:00 noon at Monroe United Methodist Church with Pastor Randy Booth officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 14th, from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 noon at the Church.
