Wilford R. Kleiser, age 84, of Monroe, Wisconsin, died on Thursday, March 22, 2012, at Harbor House of Clinton. He was born on February 5, 1928, in Elgin, IL, the son of William and Margaret (Saur) Kleiser. Wilford and Ethel May Thompson were married in June of 1953 in Elgin, IL.
