MONROE - The Green County Circuit Court Tuesday scheduled March 4 arraignments for two people who face charges related to a dispute in which a gun was used.
Loren J. Olson Jr., 41, Monroe, remains free on a $4,500 signature bond and a $500 cash bond.
He is charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and possession of a firearm by a felon, both class G felonies; possession of a firearm while intoxicated and obstructing an officer, both class A misdemeanors; and disorderly conduct use of a dangerous weapon, a class B misdemeanor. He was convicted of bail jumping in 2006.
He faces more than 40 years in prison and up to $71,000 in fines, if convicted.
Deanna K. Collins, 37, Juda, remains free on a $5,000 signature bond.
She is charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, a class G felony; obstructing an officer, a class A misdemeanor; and disorderly conduct use of a dangerous weapon, a class B misdemeanor.
She faces up to 16 years in prison and up to $36,000 in fines, if convicted.
Court records indicate Collins aimed an shotgun and threatened to kill a man and two other people who came to her home to repossess a vehicle Jan. 6 in Sylvester township. According to the criminal complaint, Olson walked out of the home and took the gun from Collins and then aimed it at the people.
Collins and Olson told deputies they had never threatened the people with the gun.
