He was convicted of bail jumping in 2006.
The court entered a plea of not guilty on his behalf and scheduled an April 1 district attorney conference.

Deanna K. Collins, 37, Juda, pleaded not guilty to second-degree reckless endangerment and knowingly furnishing a felon with a firearm, both class G felonies, obstructing an officer, a class A misdemeanor; and disorderly conduct use of a dangerous weapon, a class B misdemeanor.
She faces more than 20 years in prison and up to $61,000 in fines, if convicted.
The court scheduled an April 29 district attorney conference for Collins. She remains free on a $5,000 signature bond.
