MONROE - One person was injured in an ATV accident at about 9:45 a.m. Monday in the N4200 block of Klondike Road in the Town of Jordan. Deputies report Jared A. Jones, 27, Freeport, Ill., was operating the ATV when he collided with a rock. The ATV then overturned, coming to a stop. Jones, who sustained injuries from the crash, was not wearing a helmet but was wearing eye protection. The ATV received moderate damage.

n No one was injured in a two-vehicle crash at about 6:15 p.m. Monday on Harper Road east of Wisconsin 69 in the Town of Washington. Deputies report Jason W. Gill, 21, Belleville, was operating a large farm tractor hauling a grain buggy. Gill finished unloading the grain buggy into a semi on the roadway and began to back up. Paul M. Dammen, 62, Monroe, was stopped on his motorcycle behind the tractor and buggy. Dammen was unable to maneuver his motorcycle to avoid a collision; he and his passenger jumped from the motorcycle. Gill collided with the motorcycle, then stopped. Gill, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was not injured, and there was no damage to the tractor or grain buggy. Dammen and his passenger were not injured; he did have on eye protection. The motorcycle received moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
