Monroe PoliceMONROE - Minor injuries were reported during a two-vehicle accident at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of 19th Street. Reports indicate that John E. Fischer, 51, Monroe, hit a parked vehicle owned by Richard H. Ammon. Fischer declined medical treatment at the scene.
