MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 7:30 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of 13th Avenue and 19th Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Alexander E. Dammen, 17, Monroe, hit a vehicle driven by Jason A. Planck, 38, Monroe. Dammen was cited for failure to yield right of way from a stop sign. The vehicles received minor damage.

MONROE - One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 3 p.m. Thursday on Wisconsin 69 near County FF in Monroe township. Police report Tyler J. Meyer, 23, Monroe, lost control of his vehicle and struck a guardrail. Meyer did not seek medical attention at the scene. The vehicle received severe damage and was towed. Meyer was cited for failure to maintain control of a vehicle and second offense operating a motor vehicle with a revoked driver's license.
n Deputies were called to investigate a report of a stop sign being run over at about 3:15 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Lawver Road and County B. Witnesses advised a blue truck ran over the sign, turned onto County B and accelerated away from the scene. The case remains under investigation.
