MONROE - On Wednesday, Sept. 2:

• Codie Daniel William Mau, 18, Argyle, was injured but declined EMS transport after a one-vehicle accident at 6:04 a.m. in the W500 block of Dunphy Road, Town of Albany. Mau was eastbound when two deer entered the road. He reported that he swerved to the south shoulder to avoid a collision but lost control in the grass. The passenger side of the vehicle collided with a utility pole. The vehicle sustained severe all-over damage and was towed.

• No injuries were reported from an accident at 6:55 a.m. on Wis. 39, Town of York. Hubert A. Durst, 53, New Glarus, was westbound when he crossed the center line. An eastbound driver, Kyle D. Buelow, 32, Blanchardville, went onto the gravel shoulder to avoid a collision and then lost control. His vehicle crossed the center line and overturned in the ditch on the other side of the road. Buelow's vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed. Durst's vehicle made no contact with the Buelow vehicle and was undamaged. Durst was cited for operating left of center.
