Monroe Police

MONROE - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at about 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, in the 1700 block of 14th Street. Jacob D. Wartenweiler, 40, Monroe, struck a legally parked car owned by Jennifer J. Neuenschwander, 42, Monroe. There was minor damage to the vehicles.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Arthur H. Mueller, 61, Clinton, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle collision reported at 11:54 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, in the W8100 block of Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Cadiz. The vehicle sustained moderate to severe damage and was driven from the scene.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday, Sept. 19:

• Raymond Shearer, 53, Chicago, was transported by Shullsburg Ambulance to Lafayette County Memorial Hospital for injuries he sustained in a rollover accident at 2:13 p.m. on Dublin Road in the Town of Darlington. Shearer was westbound when a strong gust of wind caught the side of his straight truck, causing it to drop off the right shoulder of the road. He then overcorrected and traveled into the opposite ditch, where the truck rolled onto its side and hit a fence. The Darlington Fire Department and Rural Medical Ambulance assisted at the scene. The truck was moderately damaged and towed.

• Gerald Myers, 84, Gratiot, reported no injuries at 7:35 p.m. after he hit a deer on County K in the Town of Darlington. His vehicle was moderately damaged.
