NEW GLARUS Police

NEW GLARUS - Injuries were reported in a car vs. motorcycle accident in the 100 block of Cow Path Lane at 2:39 p.m. Sunday. Paul A. Zuzga, 57, Rockford, Ill., lost control of his 2003 Harley-Davidson motorcycle and collided with a 2008 Lexus SUV driven by Marshall Hauge. New Glarus Area EMS, the New Glarus Fire Department and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Med-Flight were all dispatched to the scene.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Jessica L. Bueser, 31, New Glarus, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash at 11:07 p.m. Saturday in the area of Biggs Road and Prairie View Road, Town of Adams. The vehicle was moderately damaged and driven from the scene.

• Matthew P. Mussehl, 17, New Glarus, was uninjured in a deer vs. truck crash at 9 p.m. Sunday in the W4500 block of Argue Road, Town of Exeter. The truck was moderately damaged and driven from the scene.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - David Leitzinger, 55, Shullsburg, reported at 7:09 p.m. Saturday that he hit a deer on Thompson Road, Town of Monticello.

On Monday:

• A deputy responded at 6:27 a.m. to a car vs. deer crash without injuries on Riverside Road, Town of Wiota.

• Brett T. Trinkle, 17, Oregon, was transported to Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County with non-life-threatening injuries he sustained in an ATV accident at 2:54 p.m. on the Cheese Country Trail. His ATV overturned and he was ejected. The ATV was towed by Mike's Engine Works. Trinkle was accompanied by a parent and one adult rider. The Gratiot Fire Department, Gratiot First Response and Rural Medical Ambulance assisted.

• A deputy responded at 8:02 p.m. to a car vs. deer crash without injuries on County K, Town of Darlington.
