Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Deputies are investigating a one-vehicle accident that was reported at about 7:30 a.m. Monday on County W near Christian Road in Exeter township. Deputies report a 1990 Oldsmobile failed to negotiate a curve, went into the ditch and hit a highway post. The driver fled the scene.

n A vehicle driven by Coreen C. Williams, 40, Evansville, collided with a deer at about 5:30 a.m. Monday in the N8000 block of Wisconsin 104 in Brooklyn township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

n A vehicle driven by Edward Foreman, 63, Stockton, Ill., collided with a deer at about 6:15 a.m. in the N100 block of Wis. 69 in Clarno township. The vehicle received minor damage.

n A vehicle driven by Jay L. Radziewicz, 52, Monticello, collided with a deer at about 7:15 p.m. Monday in the W5700 block of County H in New Glarus township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 4:15 p.m. Monday on Main Street in Shullsburg. Police report James Farrey, 23, Shullsburg, parked at a business and it then rolled and hit a building. The building received extensive damage.
