GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - On Tuesday:

• Two drivers were injured at 2:03 p.m. after Charley A. Tossi, 19, Monroe, struck the vehicle of Donna H. Wartenweiler, 79, Monroe, in the N3200 block of Wis. 81, Town of Monroe. Both Tossi and Wartenweiler were transported to a local hospital for their injuries. Wartenweiler was cited for failing to yield the right of way from a stop sign, while Tossi was cited for driving without vehicle insurance. Both vehicles sustained severe damage and were towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported after Cali M. Williams, 29, Monroe, struck a deer in the W2300 block of Wisconsin 11, Town of Spring Grove.

• No injuries were reported after Rodney H. Marty, Jr., 52, New Glarus, struck a deer in the N9700 block of Wis. 69, Town of New Glarus.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Tuesday:

• No injuries were reported at 7:54 a.m. after Jody L. Ware, 59, Apple River, Illinois, struck a deer on County W, Town of White Oak Springs. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 6:07 p.m. after Angila K. King, 38, Mineral Point, struck a deer on Wis. 23, Town of Willow Springs. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 11:08 p.m. after Kurtis A. Roberts, 24, Shullsburg, lost control of his vehicle on Wis. 81, Town of Argyle. Roberts was arrested for driving while intoxicated and was cited for non-registration of a vehicle, failure to report an accident, failure to maintain control of a vehicle, driving too fast for road conditions and driving without vehicle insurance. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.
