Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Wednesday:

• Phillip E. Brooks, 42, Brodhead, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle accident that occurred in the N8700 block of County E, Town of Brooklyn, at 6:28 a.m. Brooks was northbound when a deer ran into the roadway and hit his vehicle. The vehicle was moderately damaged and driven from the scene.

• Brian M. Dinderman, 37, Orangeville, was uninjured in a car vs. deer crash that occurred in the area of Advance Road and Wisconsin 69, Town of Clarno, at 5:43 p.m. Dinderman was southbound on Wis. 69 when a deer ran into the roadway and hit his car. The car was moderately damaged and driven from the scene.

• Kay I. Carter, 75, Monroe, was uninjured in a car vs. deer accident that occurred on County KS west of Schindler Road, Town of Jefferson, at 6:21 p.m. Carter was eastbound on County KS when a deer ran into the roadway and hit the driver's side of her car. The car sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday:

• Matthew J. Buman, 42, Shullsburg, reported hitting a deer with his vehicle on Wisconsin 11, New Diggings Township, at 12:48 a.m.

• A deputy responded to a traffic complaint of a vehicle in the ditch at 4:10 p.m. on County B, Wayne Township.

• Catherine A. McDonald, 70, Darlington, reported hitting a deer with her vehicle on Wisconsin 23, Willow Springs Township, at 5:15 p.m.

• Alan D. Wagner, 23, Shullsburg, reported hitting a deer with his vehicle on Palfrey Road, Shullsburg Township, at 6:56 p.m.

• Kyle R. Rood, 19, Shullsburg, reported hitting a deer with his vehicle on County G, Kendall Township, at 7:54 p.m.
