MONROE - Shannon R.V. Wittman, 16, rural Brodhead, was uninjured in a one-vehicle crash in the W6800 block of Wisconsin 81 in the Town of Monroe at about 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2. Wittman lost control on a curve, and the vehicle slid across the road, veered into a ditch and hit a culvert. The vehicle was moderately damaged and towed.
• Sandra L. Wallgren, 49, Argyle, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle collision in the W7700 block of Wis. 81 in the Town of Jordan at 8:35 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed.
• Miranda R. Mann, 16, Juda, and her passenger were uninjured when the vehicle Mann was driving caught on fire on County OK near Giese Road in the Town of Jefferson at about 10:40 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3. The Juda Fire Department responded. Mann pulled to the side of the road when she noticed smoke and fire coming from the engine area. The vehicle was very severely damaged and towed.
No injuries and minor to moderate vehicle damage were reported in the following deer vs. vehicle collisions:
