BRODHEAD POLICE

BRODHEAD - No injuries were reported at 6:21 p.m. Friday after a 23-year-old Orfordville woman caused a traffic accident in the 100 block of 17th Street. The woman was cited for failing to yield the right of way from a stop sign.

No injuries were reported at 6:21 p.m. Saturday after a 19-year-old Brodhead man caused a traffic accident in the 900 block of 1st Center Avenue. The man was cited for inattentive driving.



NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - No injuries were reported at 7:08 p.m. Saturday after Allan L. Legler, New Glarus, 60, struck a parked car in the 100 block of 5th Avenue. Both vehicles sustained minor damage and were driven from the scene.



GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - On Friday:

• No injuries were reported at 5:19 a.m. when Michael E. Kaszuba, 44, Monroe, struck a deer in the N6300 block of Wisconsin 69, Town of Mount Pleasant. His vehicle sustained moderate damage.

• No injuries were reported at 6:45 a.m. after Adam S. Rodebaugh, 35, Orangeville, Ill., struck a deer in the N6400 block of Wis. 69, Town of Mount Pleasant. His vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 7:10 a.m. after Timothy G. Robinson, 25, Juda, struck a deer near the intersection of Wis. 69 and County H, Town of New Glarus. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 7:26 a.m. after Lisa A. Whitehead, 46, New Glarus, struck a deer near the intersection of Wis. 69 and County H, Town of New Glarus. Her vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 6 p.m. after Lana J. Roper, 31, Gratiot, struck a deer in the W8700 block of Wis. 11, Town of Cadiz. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 6:49 p.m. after Jeffrey M. Ditzenburger, 45, New Glarus, struck a deer in the N4500 block of County N, Town of Monroe. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 6:48 p.m. after Jenifer L. Kitelinger, 33, Monroe, struck a deer near the intersection of Wis. 69 and County H, Town of New Glarus. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 9:41 p.m. after Janet L. Dyson, 45, Orangeville, Ill., and Katie K. Briggs, 17, Freeport, struck a deer in the N800 block of Wis. 69, Town of Clarno. Dyson struck the deer, which then fell into the oncoming lane, where Briggs struck it as well. Both vehicles sustained severe damage and Briggs' was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 9:42 a.m. after Larry A. Weckerly, 60, Monroe, struck a deer on County N, Town Washington. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 9:43 p.m. after Troy R. Vogel, 25, Brodhead, struck a deer in the W2100 block of County EE, Town of Albany. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

On Saturday:

• No injuries were reported at 6:35 a.m. after Shelly L. Truttmann, 48, Blanchardville, struck a deer in the W7800 block of Wis. 39, Town of York. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 10:34 a.m. after Wayne R. Meinert, 69, Rock City, Ill., struck a mailbox in the W3900 block of Theiler Road, Town of Jefferson. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.

On Sunday:

• No injuries were reported at 6:32 a.m. after Michelle L. Senn, 38, Monroe, struck a deer in the W8400 block of County Y, Town of Jordan. Her vehicle sustained severe damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 1:06 p.m. after a hit-and-run collision in the N4900 block of Wis. 69, Town of Washington. Mark W. McNett, 63, Monroe, was struck by a red pickup truck as it attempted to pass him. The red truck continued on its way and did not stop. McNett's vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene. Anyone with information about the vehicle, which McNett advised had a gray patch on the tailgate where the paint had chipped, is encouraged to contact the Green County CrimeStoppers at www.greensheriff.com or at 1-800-I-C-CRIME.

• No injuries were reported at 5:32 p.m. after Thurston S. Hanson, 46, Monroe, struck a deer in the N8000 block of Wis. 69, Town of New Glarus. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• A 12-year-old was injured at 6:51 p.m. after a two-vehicle collision in the W1300 block of Wis. 11, Town of Spring Grove. Amanda L. Wendler, 34, Monroe, was transporting a 12-year-old passenger when she struck a vehicle driven by Kade W. Mullett, 21, Brodhead, who had slowed down for a slow-moving truck. The child was transported to a local hospital. Mullett and his passenger suffered minor injuries and declined medical transport. Mullett's vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene, while Wendler's vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Friday:

• No injuries were reported at 8:49 a.m. after Derrik W. Harrison, 36, Argyle, struck a deer on Faymont Road, Town of Fayette. His vehicle sustained minor damage.

• No injuries were reported at 9:12 a.m. after Mark J. Steffes, 57, Mineral Point, struck a deer on Tibbets Road, Town of Willow Springs. His vehicle sustained no damage.

• No injuries were reported at 6:59 p.m. after Paul Hill, 55, Livingston, struck a deer on County G, Town of Argyle. His vehicle sustained minor damage.

On Saturday, no injuries were reported at 2:34 p.m. after Agustin Barragan, 59, Darlington, drove through a guardrail on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington, after swerving to avoid striking an oncoming vehicle that had entered his lane of traffic. His vehicle sustained moderate damage.

On Sunday:

• No injuries were reported at 4:40 a.m. after Brittany L. Jenson, 19, Darlington, struck a deer on County F, Town of Willow Springs. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage.

• No injuries were reported at 4:35 p.m. after Kristen E. Thompson, 21, Waukesha, struck a deer on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont. Her vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 7:18 p.m. after Amy L. Ziemer, 42, Appleton, struck a deer on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont. Her vehicle sustained minor damage.

• No injuries were reported at 8:09 p.m. after Adam H. Moore, 24, Gratiot, struck a deer on South Dublin Road, Town of Gratiot. His vehicle sustained minor damage.
