GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - On Tuesday:

• Chad R. Heins, 35, Brodhead, was arrested at 2:14 a.m. on first-offense charges of driving while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration after he lost control of his vehicle and entered a ditch near the intersection of County F and County OK, Town of Decatur. Heins was also cited for failing to keep his vehicle under control, possessing open intoxicants in his vehicle and driving without proof of vehicle insurance. Heins was released pending court. His vehicle sustained minor damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 6:58 p.m. after Jill M. Spielmann, 38, Madison, struck a deer at the intersection of Wisconsin 69 and County NN, Town of New Glarus. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 9:52 p.m. after a one-vehicle rollover accident in the N6200 block of County J, Town of Adams. Heather L. A. Gower, 23, Monroe, lost control of her vehicle and entered a ditch, rolling over once. Gower was arrested on a first-offense charge of driving while intoxicated and on an unrelated probation hold. She was jailed and her vehicle was towed from the scene with severe damage.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - No injuries were reported at 4:06 p.m. Tuesday after Dennis L. Worth, 67, Darlington, struck a deer on County F, Town of Darlington. His vehicle sustained minor damage.
