MONROE - On Tuesday:

• Frederick F. Holden Jr., 18, Freeport, sustained non-life-threatening injuries in a one-vehicle rollover crash in the N1900 block of County G, Town of Spring Grove, at 4:23 a.m. Holden was northbound when he lost control of his vehicle and entered the east ditch. Holden attempted to correct the vehicle and rolled over two to three times before coming to rest on the roof. Holden was transported to Monroe Clinic Hospital via Monroe EMS for treatment of his injuries. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed from the scene.

• Rodney J. Hendrickson, 45, Argyle, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash that occurred on County A west of Briggs Road, Town of Adams, at 6:05 a.m. Hendrickson was eastbound on County A when a deer ran into the roadway and hit his vehicle. The vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

• Lynda K. Fernstaedt, 63, Monroe, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle accident that occurred on Wisconsin 11 east of Mt. Hope Road, Town of Spring Grove, at 6:29 p.m. Fernstaedt was westbound on Wis. 11 when a deer ran into the roadway and hit her vehicle. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed from the scene.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Tuesday:

• Donald L. Thompson, 61, Darlington, was uninjured in a one-vehicle rollover crash on Wisconsin 81, Argyle Township, at 12:27 p.m. A deputy, Argyle EMS and Argyle Fire Department responded to the scene.

• A semi tractor-trailer unit was blown sideways due to strong gusts of wind and blocked both lanes of the westbound side in the 17000 block of U.S. 151, Belmont Township. Wisconsin State Patrol, Department of Natural Resources, Belmont Fire Department, Belmont EMS and deputies from Lafayette, Grant and Iowa counties assisted at the scene.

• Melissa J. Fitzimons, 51, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle accident that occurred on Wisconsin 23, Willow Springs Township, at 6 p.m. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
