MONROE POLICE

MONROE - A driver sustained minor injuries at 12:17 p.m. after a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of 8th Street and 71â"2 Street. Jorge Columbie Perez, 55, Beloit, struck a vehicle driven by a 39-year-old Monroe man who declined medical treatment for his injuries. Perez was cited for following too closely.

MONROE - On Sunday:

• No injuries were reported at 8:20 a.m. after Nancy L. Severson, 67, Argyle, struck a deer on Wildlife Road, Town of Adams. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 9:13 a.m. after Kelvin W. Johnson, 55, Monticello, struck a deer in the N3300 block of County N, Town of Monroe. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 10:49 a.m. after the vehicle driven by Scott D. Keepers, 33, Albany, was struck by a mattress that had come unsecured from a vehicle driven by Samuel C. Woodford, 39, Brodhead, in the N6200 block of County E, Town of Albany. Keepers' vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 5:58 p.m. after Lisa M. Martin, 30, New Glarus, struck a deer in the W5600 block of County H, Town of New Glarus. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

On Monday:

• No injuries were reported at 5:53 a.m. after a rollover accident in the N5500 block of Wis. 69, Town of Washington. Glenn C. Mciver-Kitch, 22, Freeport, lost control of his vehicle and entered a ditch, rolling over once. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 6:58 p.m. after Donna L. Burkeland, 49, New Glarus, struck a deer in the N7700 block of Wis. 69, Town of New Glarus. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

On Tuesday:

• No injuries were reported at 1:18 p.m. after Elaine P. Anderson, 66, New Glarus, struck a deer in the N5300 block of County J, Town of Washington. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 5:29 p.m. after Mary E. Malkow, 52, Brodhead, struck a deer in the N8200 block of County E, Town of Brooklyn. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 5:56 p.m. after Debra K. Kesler, 59, Monroe, struck a deer in the W4900 block of Wis. 11, Town of Monroe. Her vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 6:06 p.m. after Michael C. Kollatz, 34, Albany, struck a deer in the W9200 block of County H, Town of York. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 6:16 p.m. after Kyle L. Guntow, 27, Monroe, struck a deer in the N1500 block of Wis. 69, Town of Clarno. His vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

DARLINGTON - On Friday:

• No injuries were reported at 5:56 p.m. after Michael Goffinet, 62, New Lenox, Ill., struck a deer on Wis. 78, Town of Gratiot. His vehicle sustained moderate damage.

• No injuries were reported at 5:58 p.m. after Stephen D. Durst, 50, Platteville, struck a deer on U.S. 151, Town of Kendall. His vehicle was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 6:30 p.m. after Ethan J. Bachinski, 25, Milton, struck a deer on Wis. 11, Town of Shullsburg. His vehicle sustained minor damage.

• No injuries were reported at 9:13 p.m. after Nathaniel A. Weyh, 24, Beaver Dam, struck a deer on U.S. 151, Town of Kendall. His vehicle was towed from the scene.

On Saturday:

• No injuries were reported at 5:15 p.m. after Dale A. Nickel, 54, Monroe, struck a deer on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot. His vehicle sustained minor damage.

• No injuries were reported at 5:33 p.m. after Rick J. Hasken, 61, Galena, Ill., struck a deer on Wis. 23, Town of Willow Springs. His vehicle sustained minor damage.

• No injuries were reported at 8:13 p.m. after Bryan K. Morin, 42, Belmont, struck a deer on County G, Town of Belmont. His vehicle sustained minor damage.

• On Saturday, no injuries were reported at 6 p.m. after a two-vehicle collision on Wis. 11, Town of Wayne. Tashia A. Christen, 21, South Wayne, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Danny Lewis, 47, Brodhead, who had stopped to avoid striking another vehicle which had, in turn, stopped to avoid striking a deer. Christen's vehicle sustained severe damage while Lewis' sustained minor damage.

• On Monday, No injuries were reported at 8:26 p.m. Monday after Casey M. Lucey, 26, Lancaster, struck a deer on U.S. 151, Town of Kendall. Lucey's vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.

On Tuesday:

• No injuries were reported at 5:17 p.m. after Kenneth L. Johnson, 58, Gratiot, struck a deer on County Y, Town of Wiota. His vehicle sustained minor damage.

• No injuries were reported at 7:37 p.m. after Michael J. Dorcey, 75, Mukwonago, lost control of his vehicle and struck a guard rail and stop sign on County K, Town of Darlington. Dorcey was cited for failure to maintain control of his vehicle. His vehicle was towed from the scene.

• Two drivers were injured at 8:15 p.m. after a two-vehicle collision on Dry Bone Road, Town of Shullsburg. Dale W. Brink, 51, Benton, was partially pulled off the roadway when he was struck by a vehicle driven by Tyler J. Ernst, 16, Cuba City, who had crested a hill and locked his brakes in an effort to avoid striking Brink. Ernst was transported to a nearby hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, while Brink declined attention for his own minor injuries. Ernst's vehicle was towed from the scene while Brink's sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 8:44 p.m. after Kayla M. Brick, 24, New Glarus, struck a deer on County G, Town of Argyle. Her vehicle sustained minor damage.
