MONROE - Two people were cited following a two-vehicle accident at about 10 a.m. Wednesday at 9th Street and 17th Avenue. Police report a vehicle driven by Loren D. Elmer, 81, Monroe, collided with a motorcycle driven by Heath J. Reasa, 23, Brodhead. Elmer was cited for failure to yield from a stop sign. Reasa was cited for no motorcycle endorsement and no headgear.
• No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 6:45 p.m. Wednesday at 16th Street and 20th Avenue. Police report a vehicle driven by Leona E. Klassy, 76, Monroe, collided with a vehicle driven by Jonathan R. Elmer, 18, Monroe. Klassy was cited for failure to yield from a stop sign.
