Green County Sheriff

MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident around 6:15 a.m. Sunday in the New Glarus High School parking lot. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Hans R. Borth, 17, New Glarus, hit a vehicle driven by Roy W. Dickson, 17, Blanchardville. Dickson's vehicle received moderate damage. Borth's vehicle received minor damage.

DARLINGTON - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident around 3:45 p.m. Saturday on Water Street in Shullsburg. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Travis J. Nielsen, 22, Shullsburg, hit a parked horse carriage. The carriage was unoccupied at the time. The horses standing in front of the carriage were not injured. The carriage received extensive damage. Nielsen's vehicle received moderate damage. He was cited for inattentive driving.

• Carrie A. Lloyd, 18, Freeport, Ill., was cited for inattentive driving following a one-vehicle accident around 10:30 p.m. Saturday on County P in Monticello township. Deputies report her vehicle went off the road and into a ditch after she was distracted by something that had dropped onto the floor of her vehicle. The vehicle was not damaged.

• A vehicle driven by Timothy W. Lynaugh, 60, Benton, hit a deer around 8:45 p.m. Sunday on County I in New Diggings township. The vehicle received moderate damage.
