MONROE - Follow-up investigation into a crash that occurred on Feb. 27, where a vehicle and entered a ditch in the W4500 block of County FF, Town of Sylvester, and hit two cluster of mailboxes, led to a citation. The driver was determined to be Ciaran M. Oneill-Culhane, 22, Monroe, and he was cited on Thursday for driving too fast for conditions and failure to notify police of an accident. The vehicle was abandoned at the crash scene and sustained moderate damage to the passenger side. The vehicle was impounded. Oneill-Culhane was released pending court.
