MONROE - No injuries were reported at 5:42 p.m. Wednesday after a tractor driven by Nathan D. Hartman, 27, Brodhead, caught a power line and ripped it off a residence in the W3700 block of Gilbertson Road, Town of Mount Pleasant. During the police investigation, officers encountered Aaron D. O'Dowd, 23, Monticello, who they arrested on a Rock County warrant. The tractor sustained minor damage. The residence lost power and Alliant Energy was notified.
