MONROE - Thomas M. Becker, 49, Monticello, backed into a Monticello Police Department car at 3:57 p.m. Tuesday when he was reportedly trying to allow a pedestrian to walk in front of his car on Staedtler Avenue at Main Street in Monticello. No injuries were reported.
