MONROE - No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle crash in the N9400 block of County O in the Town of New Glarus at 4:57 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, after Anita M. Walker, 23, Mount Horeb, lost control of her vehicle on the ice-covered road, slid into the ditch and came to rest after hitting several trees. The vehicle was severely damaged and removed from the scene by a private party. Walker told deputies she was wearing her seatbelt.

DARLINGTON - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident in South Wayne at 8:14 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, after Orville E. Eells, 59, South Wayne, hit from behind a vehicle driven by Janice M. Rosenstiel, 50, South Wayne, at the intersection of South Varnum Street and East Pleasant Street. Rosenstiel's van sustained minor damage, and Eells' car was moderately damaged. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
