MONROE - On Sunday, Jan. 27:
Timothy A. Hershberger, 26, Monticello, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash reported at 7:18 a.m. on County N south of County NN in the Town of New Glarus. The vehicle was moderately damaged and towed.
Cassandra J. Murray and her 3-year-old passenger were transported by Brooklyn EMS for treatment of injuries they sustained in a rollover crash reported at 4:43 p.m. in the N9300 block of Wisconsin 104 in the Town of Brooklyn. Murray was northbound when the vehicle started to slide on the ice-covered road. It went across the southbound lane of traffic and then rolled in the west ditch, coming to rest on its wheels. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed. Rock County deputies, Evansville police, the Green County Highway Department and the Brooklyn Fire Department assisted at the scene.
Deputies are still investigating a one-vehicle crash located at 9:33 p.m. in the W9400 block of County H in the Town of York. The driver fled the scene before deputies arrived. The vehicle had been eastbound when the driver lost control, overcorrected and went into the south ditch, striking an embankment and overturning. The collision caused severe damage to the vehicle, which was towed and impounded.

DARLINGTON - Kent R. Meier, 51, South Wayne, reported at 6:18 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, that he hit a deer on Wis. 78 in the Town of Wiota.
Daniel C. Bernet, 72, Argyle, reported at 9:20 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, that he hit a deer on Wis. 78 in the Town of Argyle.
Shannon M. Warrell, 38, Gratiot, reported at 6:14 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, that he hit a deer on Wis. 78 in the Town of Gratiot.
Jarett J. March, 19, Shullsburg, reported no injuries after a deputy responded at 12:26 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, to a one-vehicle accident on Wis. 23 in the Town of Darlington. March was southbound when he lost control on the icy road. The vehicle spun around and slid into a ditch, hitting a snow bank and embankment. The vehicle was moderately damaged and driven from the scene.
