GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 3:30 p.m. Friday in the N9400 block of Wisconsin 92. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Benjamin L. Popp, 18, Belleville, failed to negotiate a curve, spun around and rear-ended a vehicle driven by Jeffrey O. Vansteele, 55, Belleville. Popp's vehicle received extensive damage and was towed from the scene. Vansteele's vehicle received moderate damage and was towed.

• No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 11:15 a.m. Friday in the 200 block of East Lake Avenue in Monticello. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Roxanne L. Kolasch, 43, Monticello, backed into a parked vehicle owned by Brittany M. Blum, Juda. The vehicles received moderate damage.

• No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 6:30 p.m. Friday in the N6500 block of County N. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Matthew J. Ahasay, 17, Monroe, was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Daryl K. Voegeli, 55, Argyle. Ahasay's vehicle received moderate damage.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 5:15 p.m. Friday in the W9400 block of County C in Adams township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Laurel J. Bruehlman, 52, Argyle, slid on the icy road, went into a ditch and overturned. The vehicle received moderate damage and was towed.

• Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 12:45 a.m. Thursday on Wisconsin 11 at Wisconsin 81 in Spring Grove township. Deputies report John T. Allen, 47, Beloit pulled from the stop sign and into the path of an eastbound semi unit operated by Scott P. Kacer, 41, DePere. Kacer was uninjured. Allen and his passenger, Dorothy A. Allen, 68, Winslow, sustained injuries and were transported to an area hospital. The Allen vehicle received extensive damage and was towed from the scene. The semi, owned by Mike Decoster Trucking of Kaukauna, received moderate front-end damage and was towed from the scene. Allen was cited for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign and released pending court.

• One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 3:30 a.m. Thursday in the N600 block of Green Valley Road, Cadiz township. Deputies report James R. Lewis, 82, Madison, was eastbound and failed to negotiate a curve, left the road on the east side and struck a tree. Lewis sustained injuries. The vehicle received severe front-end damage and was towed from the scene. Browntown First Response and Monroe Emergency Medical Services responded.

• A vehicle driven by Jeremiah R. Kleiber, 29, Darlington, collided with a deer at about 6 p.m. Thursday on County MM east of Buckhorn Road in the Town of Cadiz. The vehicle received moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
