Monroe Police

MONROE - Green County Deputy Aaron K. King, Monroe, was uninjured when a deer collided with his squad car in the N7000 block of County A at about 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13. The squad was moderately damaged.



New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Police are investigating a minor two-car crash in the 1700 block of 2nd Street, reported at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 8.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Quin B. Anderson, 57, Woodford, was uninjured when a deer collided with his van in the W6900 block of County C in the Town of Washington at 9:16 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13. The van sustained minor damage.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Dustin J. Hromadka, 30, South Wayne, reported at 4:51 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11, that he hit a deer on Wisconsin 23 in the Town of Willow Springs.

• David J. Leitzinger, 53, Shullsburg, reported at 5:42 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11, that he hit a raccoon on County W in the Town of Monticello.

• Raymond A. Johnson, 51, South Wayne, reported no injuries from a one-vehicle accident on County N in the Town of Wiota at 6:45 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11. Johnson was northbound when he swerved to miss a deer, lost control and veered into the ditch. The vehicle was moderately damaged and towed.

• Dale R. Yanke, 60, Fennimore, reported no injuries after a deputy responded to an accident on County G in the Town of Belmont at 10:02 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11. Yanke was northbound when he failed to negotiate a corner, causing him to lose control and the semi he was driving to overturn. The semi was towed.

• Judith A. Gobeli, 60, Argyle, reported at 6:16 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11, that she hit a deer on Wis. 81 in the Town of Lamont.

• A deputy responded at 9:06 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 13, to County Y in the Town of Wiota for a report of a vehicle in the ditch. Timmy A. Reed, 39, South Wayne, was westbound when he got a flat tire and lost control, causing him to veer into the ditch. He reported no injuries. His vehicle was towed.

• Michaela K. Thomas, 16, Darlington, and a minor passenger were transported by Rural Medical Ambulance for treatment of injuries they sustained in a rollover accident on County G in the Town of Fayette at 10:49 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 13. Thomas was driving eastbound when she failed to negotiate a curve and overcorrected, causing her to lose control and the vehicle to overturn. Her vehicle was towed. The Darlington Fire Department assisted at the scene.

• Gregory B. Busch, 44, Benton, reported at 12:15 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13, that he hit a deer on Wis. 11 in the Town of New Diggings.

• Lee C. North, 29, Darlington, reported hitting an animal on Wis. 81 in the Town of Darlington at 10:05 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13.
