MONROE - One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 8:15 a.m. Wednesday on Wisconsin 92.5 mile north of Hillcrest Road in the Town of Exeter. Deputies report Tonya R. Zurfluh, 36, Albany, was traveling north when she lost control of the vehicle while negotiating a curve and struck a power pole. Zurfluh was injured and transported to a Madison hospital for treatment injuries. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed from the scene. Belleville EMS, Belleville Fire Department and the Belleville Police Department assisted at the scene.
No one was injured when a deer collided with a Green County Highway Department truck, driven by Hans Peter Koch, 48, Monroe, at about 3:30 a.m. Wednesday in the W1600 block of County K in the Town of Spring Grove. The vehicle received moderate front-end damage and was driven from the scene.
No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle rollover accident at about 6 a.m. Wednesday in the W6400 block of Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Monroe. Deputies report Benjamin C. Swedlund, 17, Monroe, was eastbound when he lost control on a curve. The vehicle left the roadway, entered the south side ditch and rolled over. The vehicle received moderate damage and was towed from the scene. Snow and ice on the roadway were contributing factors.
No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle rollover accident at about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday on Wis. 69 near Cold Springs Road in the Town of Monroe. Deputies report Carrie A. Rowe, 32, Monroe, was northbound when she lost traction on the snow and ice covered roadway, slid across the southbound lane of traffic and into the ditch on the west side of the highway. The vehicle's tires caught the snow in the ditch causing it to overturn onto the driver's side of the vehicle. The vehicle received severe damages and was towed from the scene.

Bach, 61, Blanchardville, lost control of her vehicle on snow- and ice-covered roadway, slide into a ditch and collided with some trees. The vehicle received moderate damage and was towed from the ditch.
No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident at about 8:45 a.m. Wednesday in the N7500 block of Wis. 104 in the Town of Brooklyn. Deputies report Melessa J. Taylor, 43, Albany, was northbound, and as she accelerated to make it up the hill, the vehicle slid out of control on the icy roadway. The vehicle entered the ditch and struck the embankment. The vehicle received moderate damages and was towed from the scene.

DARLINGTON - No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle accident at about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday on County F in the Town of Fayette. Deputies report that Eddie S. Bennett, 34, Mineral Point, reported he lost control of the vehicle on an icy spot on the road, causing the vehicle to travel into the ditch and strike a mailbox. The accident remains under investigation.
Lisa A. Bourquin, 31, Warren, reported striking a deer at about 6 p.m. Wednesday in Wis. 11 in the Town of Wayne. The vehicle received moderate damage.
