Monroe Police

MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 2000 block of 11st Street. Police report a vehicle driven by John Auestad, 86, Argyle, hit a vehicle driven by Rose J. Rundle, 65, Monroe. Auestad was cited for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign.

• No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 4 p.m. Tuesday in the 2200 block of 1st Street. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Russell E. Terhark, 22, Browntown, hit a parked vehicle owned by Janeen J. Child, 49, Monroe. Terhark was cited for inattentive driving. The vehicles received moderate damage.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 7:15 p.m. Tuesday on Wisconsin 69/81 at Wis. 11/69/81 in Monroe township. Deputies report vehicles driven by Linda A. Nack, 53, Monroe, and Steven E. Zschernitz, 57, Monroe, collided in the intersection. The vehicles received minor to moderate damage. Citations are pending.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 12:45 p.m. Tuesday on Five Corner Road south of Advance Road in Clarno township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Vernon W. Kuhlemeier, 68, Dakota, Ill., left the road and hit a tree. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed.

• A vehicle driven by Mary K. Austin, 56, Monroe, collided with a deer at about 9:15 p.m. Tuesday in the W7500 block of Wis. 11 in Jordan township. The vehicle received moderate damage.
