MONROE - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident at 11th Street and 20th Avenue. Sheila M. Baker, 30, Orangeville, was cited at 10:32 a.m. Tuesday for failure to yield right-of-way from a stop sign. Both vehicles were moderately damaged.
