Monroe Police MONROE - Sarah E. Baker, 33, Monroe, was cited at 8:07 a.m. Sunday for inattentive driving after her vehicle overturned from hitting a parked vehicle in the 2800 block of 13th Street. Chief Fred Kelley said Baker reported no injuries but had to be extricated from the vehicle due to the extensive damage. Both vehicles were severely damaged and were towed from the scene.
