Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Allen Roger Brereton, 30, Belleville, was transported by EMS after he was injured in a one-vehicle crash reported at 5:36 a.m. Monday, Dec. 19, on Wisconsin 92 east of Sandy Hook Road in the Town of Brooklyn. Brereton told deputies a car in the opposite lane veered into his, causing him to swerve into a ditch where the vehicle collided with shrubs and a large tree. The vehicle was moderately damaged and towed from the scene. Brereton was wearing a seat belt, and the airbag inflated.

- Casey S. Coggins, 18, Brodhead, was injured but declined EMS at 5:43 a.m. Monday, Dec. 19, after he lost control on the ice-covered road and sideswiped a guard rail in the W600 block of County F in the Town of Decatur. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed from the scene.

- Hugh C. Hoesly, 39, Albany, was transported by EMS after he was injured in a one-vehicle crash reported at 7:04 a.m. Monday, Dec. 19, on County E north of Attica Road in the Town of Albany. His vehicle spun out of control on the icy highway, slid sideways across lanes of traffic and overturned in a ditch, landing on its wheels. The vehicle was moderately damaged and towed from the scene.

- A vehicle was towed out of a ditch on County C west of County N in the Town of Washington at 7:54 a.m. Monday, Dec. 19, after a 17-year-old male lost control of his vehicle on the icy road. No one was injured, and the vehicle was undamaged.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident reported at 6:05 a.m. Monday, Dec. 19, after Mark K. Ruf, 16, Darlington, hit black ice on County F in the Town of Fayette and lost control of his vehicle. Ruf's vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

- No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident reported at 6:20 a.m. Monday, Dec. 19, after Lisa A. Benisch, 40, Platteville, hit black ice on U.S. 151 in the Town of Kendall and lost control of her vehicle. Benisch's vehicle was moderately damaged and towed from the scene.

- Kayla L. Wagner, 18, Benton, reported no injuries in a one-vehicle accident on County J in the Town of Benton. Her car was towed from the scene.
