Green County Sheriff

MONROE - No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 5:30 p.m. Monday on Melvin Road in Clarno township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Brandon S. Richardson, 21, Monroe, left the road and hit a mailbox due to slippery road conditions. He was cited for driving without required insurance. He was released pending court.

The vehicle received moderate damage.

- A vehicle driven by Jeffery D. Rupnow, 43, Argyle, collided with a horse at about 6:45 a.m. Monday in the W9400 block of Dog Hollow Road in Jordan township.

The vehicle received moderate damages.

- A vehicle driven by Aaron J. Gifford, 23, Blanchardville, collided with a deer at about 2 p.m. Monday on County A near Wildlife Road in Adams township.

The vehicle received moderate damage.

- A vehicle driven by Lori A. Moore, 41, Monroe, collided with a deer at about 5:15 p.m. Monday on Wisconsin 69 in New Glarus township. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed.

- A vehicle driven by Charles H. Meyer II, 55, Blanchardville, collided with a deer at about 5:30 p.m. Monday in the W6500 block of Wis. 39 in New Glarus township.

DARLINGTON - No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 8 a.m. Monday on Country Club Road in Darlington township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Latisha J. Lyne, 18, Shullsburg, left the road and went into a ditch. The vehicle received moderate damage.
