NEW GLARUS - A one-vehicle accident on 2nd Street at 2nd Avenue reported at 8:45 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, remains under investigation. Colton R. Boley, 16, Belleville, was attempting to turn off 2nd Street onto 2nd Avenue when his vehicle slid in the snow and slush and hit a light pole. The vehicle sustained moderate front-end damage.

MONROE - On Saturday, Nov. 30:

• Charmel R. Sutter, 57, rural Monroe, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash reported at 10:55 am. in the N3400 block of Wis. 81 in Monroe Township. Sutter's vehicle was moderately damaged and driven from the scene. The deer fled and could not be located.

• Tiffany J. Golackson, 21, rural Monroe, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash reported at 4:46 p.m. in the N2400 block of Bethel Road in Monroe Township. Her vehicle sustained moderate front-end damage and was towed. The deer died at the scene.

• Megan A. Pehl, 25, rural Monroe, sustained a minor hand injury but declined medical treatment after a deer vs. vehicle crash reported at 5:25 p.m. in the N4000 block of County J in Monroe Township. The vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene. The deer died at the scene.

• Nathan W. Moore, 35, rural Brooklyn, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash reported at 5:28 p.m. in the N8000 block of Smith Road in Brooklyn Township. The vehicle sustained moderate front-end damage and was driven from the scene. The deer fled and could not be located.

• Briyanna A. Gburzynski, 19, Brodhead, and a passenger were uninjured in a one-vehicle accident reported at 10:52 p.m. in the W3800 block of Middle Juda Road in Jefferson Township. She was eastbound when she swerved to avoid hitting a deer that ran in the road. She lost control of the vehicle, went off the road and traveled down an embankment. Her vehicle sustained minor damage and was left at the scene.

On Sunday, Dec. 1:

• Michael D. Strothman, 41, Monroe, and his passenger were uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash reported at 6 a.m. in the N4200 block of County N in Monroe Township. His vehicle sustained minor front-end damage and was driven from the scene.

• Deputy Charlie R. Worm was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash at 4:43 p.m. on County W approaching Elmer Road in New Glarus Township. The deer jumped the north guard rail and collided with his squad car, causing minor damage to the front bush bumper and the hood. It was driven from the scene. New Glarus police investigated the crash.

• No injuries were reported from two deer vs. vehicle crashes reported at 4:55 p.m. in the N4000 block of County J in Monroe Township. Anthony B. Gardner, 50, Blanchardville, was northbound when multiple deer entered the road. His vehicle collided with a deer, as did another northbound driver, Blake A. Bast, 17, Monroe. Gardner's vehicle sustained severe front-end and passenger-side damage and was later towed. He and his five passengers were all uninjured. Bast was also uninjured. His vehicle was later driven from the scene.
