MONROE - On Wednesday:

• Non-life-threatening injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident on Wisconsin 11 east of County G, Town of Spring Grove. Robert J. Weber, 44, Monroe, was cited at 4:15 p.m. for inattentive driving and driving left of center after his westbound vehicle crossed the center line of Wis. 11 and hit a vehicle driven by Tammy C. Anderson, 50, Monroe. Weber's vehicle came to rest on the south shoulder and Anderson's vehicle overturned in the south ditch. Anderson had to be extricated from the vehicle and transported to Monroe Clinic ER for treatment. Anderson's 7-year-old passenger was also transported for treatment. Both vehicles sustained severe damage and were towed from the scene. Weber was released pending court. Deputies are investigating the crash to determine if inattentive driving was the cause, Deputy Chief Tom Moczynski said. Deputies, Brodhead police, Brodhead Fire Department, Brodhead EMS and Green County EMS responded to the scene.

• Sheridy J. Zimmerman, 35, Brodhead, was uninjured in a deer vs. car crash that occurred in the N5600 block of Wisconsin 104, Town of Albany, at 6:27 p.m. Zimmerman was southbound on Wis. 104 when a deer ran into the roadway and hit her car. The car was moderately damaged and was towed from the scene.
