MONROE - Eric Michael Babel, 31, Monroe, and Richard John Fallat, Jr., 58, Juda, were arrested on first-offense charges of operating while intoxicated after deputies responded at 1:26 a.m. Monday, to a motorcycle crash at the intersection of Wisconsin 81 and Wisconsin 11, Town of Decatur. Fallat and Babel were traveling northbound together on separate motorcycles when Fallat collided with a traffic sign and was ejected from his motorcycle. He was injured and transported to Mercy Hospital in Janesville. He was not wearing a helmet. His motorcycle sustained moderate damage. Fallat was also cited for failure to maintain control and for driving without a motorcycle endorsement. Both men were released pending court.

DARLINGTON - On Friday:

• Daryn L. Hanna, 43, Darlington, reported at 6:05 a.m. that he hit a deer on Walnut Road, Town of Darlington.

• One person was injured in a one-vehicle rollover accident reported at 6:11 a.m. on Fox Road, Town of Wiota. Rafael A. Santiago, 24, South Wayne, was eastbound when he lost control after cresting a hill. His 2002 Dodge Neon went into the east ditch and overturned. It sustained damage and was towed. Santiago was cited for driving without a valid license and failure to maintain control of a vehicle. Wiota First Response, the Wiota Fire Department and Rural Medical Ambulance assisted at the scene.

• Julie A. Webber, 49, Darlington, reported at 9:20 a.m. that she hit a deer on County G, Town of Fayette.

On Saturday:

• Megan L. Beebe, 21, Darlington, was injured in a motorcycle accident on Wisconsin 81 in Argyle at 5:07 p.m. She was riding on a motorcycle driven by Thomas G. Crist, 46, Darlington. Crist was at the stop sign on Wis. 81, turning right to continue on the road, when he struck a legally parked car belonging to Frederick E. Studer, Monroe. Beebe was ejected from the motorcycle. She was transported by Argyle Ambulance to a hospital. Crist's 2001 Harley-Davidson was driven from the scene. The Argyle Fire Department assisted at the scene.

• Kathleen A. Androschko, 45, Pleasant Prairie, was injured in an ATV rollover accident at 5:28 p.m. on the Cheese Country Trail in Town of Wayne. She was westbound on the trail when she drove off the right side, into a ditch, and overturned. The South Wayne Fire Department, South Wayne First Response and Monroe Ambulance assisted at the scene.

• Thomas G. Weig, 60, Graettinger, Iowa, reported at 8:35 p.m. that he hit a deer on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot.

• No one was injured in a hit-and-run accident reported at 10:16 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Seymour. Lucas R. Lawson, 16, Lena, Ill., was eastbound and passing a vehicle when he swerved to miss it, lost control and hit a westbound vehicle driven by Nelson D. Amaya Perea, 27, Darlington. Lawson then traveled across the road, into a cornfield, and fled the scene. He was later stopped by Darlington police on Wis. 23. His 2002 Pontiac and Amaya Perea's 2003 Oldsmobile were severely damaged and towed. Lawson was cited for passing into oncoming traffic, failure to notify police of an accident, failure to keep vehicle under control, driving without vehicle insurance, driving without required lamps lighted and hit-and-run to property adjacent to a highway. Amaya Perea was cited for driving without a valid license or vehicle insurance. Neri M. Amaya Perea, 31, Darlington, who later arrived at the accident scene, was cited for driving without a valid license or vehicle insurance. The Shullsburg Police Department assisted.

On Sunday:

• No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident reported at 11:36 a.m. on County A in Shullsburg. Mary E. Shippy, 62, Gratiot, was eastbound on County A when she swerved to avoid hitting a vehicle pulling out of a driveway on East Water Street driven by Dale L. Raisbeck, 59, Shullsburg. She swerved into the path of a vehicle driven by Brian K. Frank, 40, Scales Mound, Ill. Shippy's 2000 Mercury Sable sustained damage and was towed.

On Monday:

• David Larson, 53, Argyle, reported at 8:10 p.m. that he hit a deer on Wis. 78, Town of Argyle.
