GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 11:30 a.m. Monday on Wisconsin 69 north of Valley View Road in New Glarus township. Deputies report a semi driven by Terrance L. McMahon, 52, Pleasant Prairie, turned in front of a vehicle driven by Christopher D. Poulas, 30, Wausau, causing Poulas' vehicle to hit the driver's side rear corner of the semi trailer. Poulas' vehicle received extensive damage and was towed. The semi received minor damage.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 4:45 p.m. Monday on County E near St. John Road in Decatur township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Russell J. Backus, 16, Brodhead, failed to negotiate a curve due to pea gravel on the road, left the road and overturned. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed.

• A vehicle driven by Jeni J. Neilsen, 43, Brodhead, collided with a deer at about 6 a.m. Monday on Wis. 104 south of Borchardt Road. The vehicle received minor damage.

• A vehicle driven by Vernon J. Piel, 45, Argyle, collided with a deer at about 4 p.m. Monday in the N7400 block of County A in York township. The vehicle received minor damage.
