Kruser, 19, Darlington, was cited for failure to notify police of an accident, underage drinking, failure to have vehicle under control and a minor transporting alcohol following a report of a vehicle hitting a mailbox at about 7 a.m. Friday on Otter Creek Road in Darlington township. Kruser's vehicle received moderate damage.
