MONROE POLICE
MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 3:45 p.m. Friday at Wisconsin 69 and Sixth Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Melissa J. Semrow, 16, Brodhead, collided with a vehicle driven by David E. Warneke, 60, Cedarville, Ill. Semrow was cited for failure to yield the right of way. The vehicles received minor damage.
Barbara J. Keegan, 38, Monroe, was arrested for drunken driving following a one-vehicle accident at about 11 p.m. Friday at 13th Avenue and 14th Street. Police report her vehicle left the road and hit a tree. The vehicle received extensive damage.

MONROE - One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about midnight Thursday on County E at Miller Lane in Decatur township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by William R. Henson, 39, Albany, failed to negotiate a curve, hit two highway signs, went up an embankment and became airborne. The vehicle hit the ground and overturned. Henson was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle. He was taken to the Monroe Clinic by Brodhead Emergency Medical Services. He was cited for failure to maintain control of a vehicle and failure to fasten his seatbelt. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed.
A vehicle driven by Susan K. Langmeier, 47, Argyle, collided with a deer at about 7:45 a.m. Friday on County J south of Grossen Road in Adams township.
