DARLINGTON - A deputy responded at 11:15 a.m. Monday to a hit-and-run accident on Mitchel Hollow Road, Belmont Township. Investigation found that a vehicle had left the roadway and hit a guide wire before leaving the scene. The incident remains under investigation.
