Monroe Police

MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 9 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of 8th Avenue and 6th Street. Police report Karen L. Disch, 71, Monticello, collided with a vehicle operated by Gregory S. Luebke, 22, Monroe. Disch was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign.

MONROE - One person sustained non-life threatening injuries in a one-vehicle rollover crash at about 6:15 a.m. Wednesday in the W5600 block of County C, Town of Washington. Deputies report Jonathan Gutierrez, 21, Darlington, was eastbound on County C when he lost control while negotiating a curve. Gutierrez entered the south ditch and overturned. The vehicle came to rest on its tires. Gutierrez refused medical treatment. He was cited for operating a motor vehicle with no valid drivers license. He was released pending court. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

• Steven J. Haile, 22, rural Brodhead, was northbound at about 9:45 p.m. Wednesday on Wisconsin 69 just south of Cold Springs Road, Town of Monroe, when a deer collided with his vehicle. The vehicle received damage and was driven from the scene.

• Patricia Jordan, 71, Juda, was eastbound at about 10:19 p.m. Wednesday in the W3100 block of County C, Town of Mt. Pleasant, when a deer collided with her vehicle. The vehicle received damage and was driven from the scene.
