MONROE - No injuries were reported at 11:58 a.m. Thursday after a tire broke free of an eastbound truck and struck the vehicle on Benjamin J. Huber, 31, Monroe, on Wis. 11, Town of Sylvester. The truck, which had dual rear wheels, continued without stopping. The incident remains under investigation.
