BRODHEAD - Six underage people were arrested or cited in the early morning hours of Saturday, April 21, after Brodhead police responded to a 911 call about a fight in progress in the Town of Decatur.
Police responded to the 911 call at 4:26 a.m. in the N4000 block of Golf Lane, with assistance from Green County Sheriff's deputies, according to a news release from the Sheriff's Department.
Justin Daniel Nyman, 20, Monroe, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and bail jumping, and cited for underage possession or consumption of alcohol. He was jailed.
Also cited for underage possession or consumption of alcohol were Phillip A. Boyd, 19, Brodhead, Heidi Marie Williams, 18, Browntown, Zachary Rodger Ackerman, 18, Monroe, Orrin Hoyt Marsden, 20, Monroe, and Nicole R. Zumkehr, 18, Orangeville, Ill.
Marsden was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Zumkehr was also cited for driving with a suspended license and keeping open intoxicants in a vehicle.
