DARLINGTON — The Darlington Police Department has released a notification regarding the upcoming release of Matthew J. Buman per Wisconsin Statute 301.46(2m). Buman, age 47, will be released into the community on December 14. He will reside at 211 Main Street. 

Buman’s criminal history includes second degree sexual assault of an adult; battery; drive or operate vehicle without consent; false imprisonment; theft; and possession of methamphetamine. Buman was originally sentenced in 1995 and is being released after 26 years. He will be monitored electronically.
