Roger F. Buholzer, age 75 of Juda, died Saturday, June 27, 2015 at his home. He was born on December 16, 1939 in Monroe, the son of Fredrick and Lillian (Ruef) Buholzer. He graduated from Monroe High School in 1958. Roger and Linda L. Schumacher were married on June 30, 1962 in Browntown. Roger worked as a meat cutter in the Monroe area, later worked in a cheese plant for 17 years, and later Stoughton Trailers in Brodhead, and lastly was a custodian at Juda School. In retirement, Roger took care of the recycling center for Jefferson Township. He was a member of Zion United Methodist Church in Juda, where he served as a trustee and usher, Jaycees international senate life member, President of Juda Senior citizens, and formerly a Cub Scout master.

He is survived by his wife, Linda of Juda; son, Samuel (Marge Muller) Buholzer of Cecil, WI; daughters, Gina (Bill) Anton of Plymouth, WI and Heidi (Jeff) Hughes of Germantown, WI; brother, Peter Buholzer of Juda; two sisters, Donna Lee and Kathy Buholzer, both of Juda. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at Zion United Methodist Church in Juda, with Reverend Vicki Brantmeyer officiating. A visitation will be held from 10:00 am until the time of service, at the church. Burial will be held at a later date. A memorial fund will be established in Roger's name.
